The Lead of Faculty plays a vital role in guiding the academic direction and overall performance of the School of Education at International University Canada. This position provides strong academic leadership across all four departments, ensuring that educational standards, teaching quality, and curriculum development consistently meet IUC's institutional goals and the evolving needs of learners and education systems worldwide. The Lead of Faculty works closely with department heads, program coordinators, and faculty members across Educational Leadership, TESOL, Curriculum & Instruction, and Educational Technology — ensuring that every program delivered at every level reflects current best practices in pedagogy, global education policy, and the professional development needs of IUC's diverse international student community.
