Lead of Faculty
The Lead of Faculty plays a vital role in guiding the academic direction and overall performance of the School of Business at International University Canada. This position provides strong academic leadership across all six departments, ensuring that educational standards, teaching quality, and curriculum development consistently meet IUC's institutional goals and the evolving needs of the global business landscape. The Lead of Faculty works closely with department heads, program coordinators, and faculty members across Management, Marketing, Finance, International Business, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship to maintain a coherent, high-quality academic experience for every student — from Certificate level through to doctoral study.
