The Lead of Faculty plays a vital role in guiding the academic direction and overall performance of the School of Hospitality & Tourism at International University Canada. This position provides strong academic leadership across all three departments, ensuring that educational standards, teaching quality, and curriculum development consistently meet IUC's institutional goals and the evolving demands of the global hospitality, tourism, and events industry. The Lead of Faculty works closely with department heads, program coordinators, and faculty members across Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, and Event Management — ensuring that every program delivered at every level reflects current industry standards, emerging global tourism trends, and the professional development needs of IUC's diverse international student community pursuing careers in hospitality and tourism worldwide.
