The Lead of Faculty plays a vital role in guiding the academic direction and overall performance of the School of Science & Environment at International University Canada. This position provides strong academic leadership across all four departments, ensuring that educational standards, teaching quality, and curriculum development consistently meet IUC’s institutional goals and the evolving demands of global science, environmental practice, and sustainability.
The Lead of Faculty works closely with department heads, program coordinators, and faculty members across Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, AgriTech, and Sustainability Studies — ensuring that every program delivered at every level reflects current scientific standards, emerging environmental and agricultural trends, and the professional development needs of IUC’s diverse international student community pursuing careers in science and environmental stewardship.
